一星期後的半馬 sub2.5(sub2)如何準備 - 路跑 Road Running

其實開始跑步也好幾年了,不過大多是輕鬆跑、輕鬆練,沒有很在意成績
去年初(2016)終於完成了初馬,大約5小時37分,之後就斷斷續續練習
這次報名了一個海外馬在下週,限時「2.5hr」
所以上週跑了一個半馬當作LSD,成績剛好在2小時29分多
前半段固定配7分速左右,折返後的10公里加快到大約6:40~7:00/公里
不過覺得能達成目標,主要是因為氣溫適當(偏冷)、起跑順暢(人不多)、路線平坦
很怕到時候身體狀況稍微差一點、起跑卡住、補給站塞住,可能就無法完賽
