我不是正式游泳科班出身,只想在這高手如雲的版上看能不能找到改進的方式。
你如不如我,沒有人知道,如果你真的提出有意義的建議,我想沒人會無視。

x284兄,不好意思啦,我可能是在吹牛的;不過以下提出個人蛙式長泳經驗和大家
分享:
短距離的競速行家都游所謂的波浪蛙,其實長泳也可以在水面及水下進行:
長泳需保持一定的體力,身體若有過大的起伏,容易造成體力的浪費,
用力的抱水固然有助於速度的增加,但也會造成身體較大的起伏,
因此,在水中控制吐氣時機和量,使身體形成中性有助於在水中形成較小的起伏弧線,
當頭一入水,依據身體速度的向下分量,吐掉相當量的氣,保持身體的水平滑行,
等到要進入下一個划手程序前,微微調整身體的重心使頭頂慢慢接進水面,
也可以用手掌微微上揚或是下巴微微上抬,這時身體向上的動力,
就是微小水阻產生的反作用力,當頭頂破水時,把氣放光,開始划手:
如果划手力道太大則身體起伏會過大,那就又變成競速波浪蛙。
但划手力道太小,則速度不足以帶起頭部,換氣時間又太短,
這時候我腦中想的是,儘量維持身體的水平,但又要有足換氣時間,
此一技巧的體會,花掉我最多的時間,
不過當體會了之後,真的很省力,距離真的不是問題。
在蛙腿方面的練習,我到是沒下過功夫,也許是天生的吧,
完全的標準動作我做不來,只能像現在這樣了。
