LSD 感謝今天早上木柵河濱一起跑的鄉民 - 路跑 Road Running

以下只是凡人的練習狀況
今日路線: 木柵河濱-->中正橋前的3km里程牌折返

順便推薦一下手機 SE Active~防水而且不大支完全適合運動攜帶
電容量100%狀態下應該可以紀錄約七小時
我實在是不會跑LSD
平日跑操場10k 就拼命跑最快大約50分左右可以跑完10k
每個週末如果天氣允許+沒比賽就會去跑各半馬的LSD(算嗎?)
可是因為一週才練一次 每次都想跑快一點
所以一開跑就會像跑比賽一樣
前半跑得快後半就沒力
不管是練習或是比賽半馬的時間就是落在兩小時左右
我也就相信我的極限就是如此 反正就跑健康的 XD
今天早上6:00看窗外居然沒下雨(氣象局本來預測降雨100%)
心想不用去運動中心用跑步機真是太棒了
吃了三根香蕉 買咖啡喝咖啡 暖身~7:24開跑
一如往常前10k 53分多~後10k快一小時...XD
今天半馬的最後一公里真的超級沒力
雖然今天一路都只是小雨 不過對我這個肉腳來說淋兩小時跑濕路就很吃力
就在我想放棄的時候 鄉民出現了!!
(一開始閒聊 後來才詢問是否為"鄉民"~這兩個字真好用)
最後一公里就這樣一邊聊天一邊跑完了
他是從中正橋往木柵 起點還跟我的折返點一樣
