今天去上人生第一堂的 bady balance
上課的感覺跟瑜珈有點像,但是不像瑜珈那樣
緊湊快速,慢慢的,穩穩的,好像在跟身體說話一樣
身上很多地方像是在跟我說....hi 好久不見
我想我會常常找這種課程來上吧,對於身體的伸展
感覺不賴,雖然人不少,但是老師好像發現我是第一次上課
都會提醒我的姿勢,雖然他只說 同學 背打直不要駝背
沒有指誰,但是我就能體會到他有在注意新人 感覺不賴
穩穩的,慢慢的 對膝蓋的傷害不會那樣大,真好.
老師是余明權,人不賴,body bump 跟拳擊也都有教
而且人好像都不少,除了拳擊 其他2種都上過一次
可惜我是男生,不然真想遞給他一張好人卡.
上完課之後,有看到喜歡上bump的馬尾妹在做背部器材
也有在搜尋傳說中的雪寶,不過應該也是不敢打招呼,呵呵
ps 精華區真的有看有差,傳說中外折5cm,以及balance的大休息
都有體會到 ^^
