Mon 400m*10 每趟70秒 休息2~3 mins
Tue 4000m*2 沒設限 休息 20 mins
Wed 800m*4~6 每趟170秒 休息4~6 mins
Thu 2000m*4 每趟8mins 休息8~10mins
Fri 200m*15~20 每趟30秒 休息2~3 mins
老實說 ,
這課表對你來說強度太強 ,
再來一點 ,
既然叫間歇課表 ,
就是要有休息 ,
很少人天天課表的 ,
建議
1.
這幾天先慢跑 , 等疲勞疼痛消除之後在作訓練
2.
小建議 , 課表修改一下
Mon 400m*9 + 500m(全速衝) 400m 每趟80秒 休息2~3 mins
Tue 8000m 沒設限 輕鬆慢跑
Wed 1000m*5 4分整(96秒配速) 休息5 mins
Thu 8000m(or慢跑40分) 先用1000m 5'10"的速度跑 再慢慢提高到4'20"
Fri 200m*12(最後一趟全速) 34秒 慢慢走200m
六日就輕鬆跑個30分鐘
間歇的另外一個目的 , 是要練習穩定的配速
避免一開始太興奮衝太快 , 一下子就爆掉了 XD
