對攀岩還蠻有興趣的,但問題是我有椎間盤突出的疾病,平常只適合游泳
其他跑步打球等對身體的負擔還蠻重的,不曉得我如果想培養攀岩這項運動
作為定時運動的項目的話,我適合嗎?我身材是屬於比較高壯的184/90。
