我是打排球的同好,全力起跳是很常有的動作
個人體重將近86公斤,偏偏還能勉強跳起來抓籃框 高度175cm左右
不管起跳或落地腳都會受到相當大的力量,前一陣子還因此受了傷
前腳掌位置的筋膜發炎了,目前還在修養 也很怕同樣問題會再發生
已經有合適吸震的球鞋,想請教還有其他什麼方式可以解決這樣問題

有時候我被逼著說話,有時候卻沒有人願意聽我講。
後來我也看見了彼此拼命說話又或者一句話也沒的人們。
但還好,我們終究可以遇見說與不說都能開心的人。
