小弟我從四五年前開始...打籃球就常小腿肚抽筋...
因此在打球之前都會卯起來拉筋之後才上場...
但是最近不知道怎麼了...就連平常不打球休息的時候
小腿肚都緊緊的好像快要抽筋一樣...
我算蠻常運動的了...雖然都只是打籃球而已
不知道是不是我的小腿肌力不夠...不能支撐長時間的運動...
希望版友們可以提供一些訓練的方法...幫我加強一下小腿的力量...
至少不要讓它平常就這麼緊
