開始慢跑大概也跑四個多月了
為了減重 但也跑出些興趣了
現在都固定跑20圈400(我跑很慢 大概都固定在一圈3分)
若是跑完20圈還沒有到一小時就繼續繞
最近跑有越來越輕鬆的感覺
是否該考慮速度稍微加快了
還是速度不變 距離 時間加長
