馬拉松的體力調配 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好 , 我想請問一下,最近跑了兩次全馬,都有一個相同的現象
就是到終點前(30KM之後開始),自己的體力感覺還有50%,但是雙腿
力量大概只剩下20%,也就是體力是足夠的 , 但是腿就是跑不太起來
每到了水站吃東西喝水,其實對我也沒甚麼幫助,體力有,也不渴,
但是雙腿就是酸痛,只能靠暫時的拉筋或休息來減緩痛苦,是腿力不足嗎?
有沒有前輩也遇過這樣的情況?還是我訓練量太少?(有點少一個月跑約60KM)
或有其他的改進或加強的方法嗎?
這次富邦馬到30KM開始撞牆走走停停到35KM,之後就受不了,想說不如
一次痛到底 ,35KM之後一路咬牙狂衝,終於跑進五小時,比上次進步許多,哈
