關於鱷魚式 - 瑜珈 Yoga

想請問大家
關於鱷魚式,我練了一年多
有外師也有中師,都是教導手臂夾緊慢慢下
不過我本身也有在上有氧運動
做非常多下push up(就是伏地挺身)
因為要快上快下
手就會變成撐開
觀察了有氧老師,不論男女
也都是撐開,讓我有點困擾
詢問過瑜珈老師,老師回應是練的地方不一樣
有人跟我一樣,做同運動用不同姿勢嗎?
另外問一下大家
鱷魚式下去沒有問題
但要再上來就覺得身體我的媽啊有夠重
究竟是手臂要再更有力,還是純粹核心不夠力?
