關於重訊和慢跑 訓練問題 - 路跑 Road Running

以前都在練習跑步,沒有重訓習慣,之後跑膩了...想說轉換個運動方式
之後跑到高雄工作,也在此尋找了間健身房。直到現在接觸重訓半年多了
小嫩嫩一枚的我目前安排的課表如下
星期一:腹步、手臂
星期三:胸部、背部
星期五:腹部、腿部
星期六:隨便去健身房喇低賽...看哪裡不酸就尻哪裡...
(有時五六會找一天休息)
星期二、星期四、星期日:路跑70分左右 約14K
想請教有在重訓兼慢跑的前輩,如果想增重,這樣慢跑量會太多嘛?
目前178/70 想說增加到75KG左右
去年體重67..現在70..好像多了3公斤慢跑就感覺越跑越慢..
續航力和爆發力感覺都降不少...
(這是幻覺還是正常...而且現在夏天到了跑沒30分中整個人就超無力呀)
還有,聽說要重訊大腿!!對長跑來說很有幫助,這是真的嘛@@?
以我跑全馬的經驗,跑到後面沒力,通常都是酸"小腿"阿,大腿根本無感....
小腿卻酸到不行,很明顯的是我LSD練不夠,這我本身也清楚
因為我很少會去跑超過20K的里程 = ="
我也問過成績優秀的跑馬前輩,他們也沒在做啥重訓..而且他們會酸也是酸"小腿"
如果我去重訓大腿(當然也會練到小腿)會不會本末倒置了呢?
因為每次練完大腿後,走路都會超痛苦..尤其是下樓梯..根本像隻企鵝一樣....
有時候要休息個2~3天才恢復,這樣又會影響到路跑的課程,反而越跑越慢
還是說練大腿,只是能提高短跑的爆發力!?
畢竟目前對我來說,跑步幾乎是酸小跑,大腿好像就沒啥感覺..
雖說慢跑只要是靠大腿帶動,但是目前大腿還夠力下,還需要去操他嗎...
感覺如果沒必要還蠻想把練腿的時間拿去修核心群的基本學分..或是休息
不知道哪位大大能提供些意見!?
