過去一年真的發生太多痛苦的事情
如果現實生活中真的有碗孟婆湯就好了
雖然現階段一直都有在靜坐
但有時候真的很想知道
有沒有人...
是真真實實藉由靜坐..遺忘掉痛苦的感受呢?
當那些回憶浮上心頭時
不會再有痛苦的感覺
而只是像看電影般一幕幕經過而已
如果有人願意分享
真的很感謝...
