關於肌肉線條的訓練 - 運動

我看有些人肌肉線條很好就是外表看起來瘦瘦的可是衣服脫掉線條很好看通常都是游泳的人會有這種線條我想問有沒有取代方案本人本身每天做伏地挺身40下好像太少聽說要分開做所以就20下之後再做20下原地跳400下仰臥起坐40下空踩腳踏車左右腳各50下(也就是躺床上腳抬起來像腳踏車那樣踏)身高173挺重�
