我現在有2塊腹肌了但下面的就是出不來我有仔細去看過 有很多肉- -所以想瘦肚子 也順便練腹肌但是在家裡練的 不能去健身房(我還是學生)那哪些動作可以達成?另外到了上面一點的胸肌 旁邊的臂肌我應該怎麼練?我試過伏地挺身 可是做不到5下就沒力了。。。如果運動可以加強肌肉的��
