關於練LSD的補給物品 - 路跑 Road Running

請問各位大大 平常如果有再練LSD時會攜帶哪些補給呢?
目前假日通常跑個2小時就感覺無力了...過程中只補給600cc的水
本來想說搭配香蕉,但是把香蕉拿在手在路跑會不會很怪阿..
如果放在路上擔心回頭就不見了..而且一次也沒辦法整根嗑掉..
之前不少人好像都補給:威德in果凍不知道效果如何?
還有人攜帶"能量棒"
請問這是啥...在y拍收尋一下以價位來說..
讓我感覺還不如買士立架、仙貝或是營養乾糧..之類的
爬文後還看到些"三鐵果膠" 或 "能量包"之類的東西
裡面成分是否對人體好壞,喝完後會感覺精力充沛!?
不知道大家在練跑時,都以哪些補給為主呢~
