夏天快到了,所以對游泳又有興趣了
但每次下水,都會覺得全身會變的有些僵硬
沒辦法放鬆下來,當初所學是自由式
自由式還能游一小段,但是換成蛙式就是一直往下潛
想請問各位大哥們,下水之後有什麼好讓身體放鬆的方法呢???
