因為之前都沒運動 
 
肚子大了一大塊
 
既然如此 就減肥和練腹肌吧
 
當然 練腹肌不是一天兩天的事
 
有沒有人 能夠教 簡易練腹肌的方法呢
 
另外 本人大腿很粗 所以底盤很穩
 
但想把大腿瘦掉 有人有見效的方法嗎
