我是女生,上回因為被人打斷鼻樑,整個鼻子出溫血不止,後來軟骨還歪了
我覺得應該要來練一些防身
所以來請教,應該要練哪一種武
我希望在忽然全身被抱住的時候,可以甩開對方(差點被從高樓丟下去)
或是,一個高大力大又壯又重的男性 撲向我,讓我往後跌倒的時候,我可以如何防衛
我不想學那種規矩太多的,因為那都不會是我遇到的情況
我想知道,如果對方拿旁邊的東西往自己的眼睛、臉 猛戳的時候,我怎麼辦
或是,拿安全帽還是鐵棒 往自己的頭打的時候,我可以怎麼檔
事情發生的時候,我其實根本什麼都看不到
有人教我抓對方的拇指可以XXX,可是我看不到對方的拇指在哪裡
有時候,我遇到的場地很複雜也很危險,到處都有欄杆、刺
跑起來,我也跑不過對方
我受夠了被當沙包,在這樣下去,總有一天我會死掉
每次,我看到對方憤怒,我只是很難過,心裡想很多。捨不得攻擊對方
可是我受夠了,我想要練一個真的能夠打架的武(不是套招)
希望能夠練到自然反應、眼睛不要再一直害怕的眨
所以大概是那種...如果對方攻擊你XXX,你可以XXX來對付...這樣的武
最好是可以給對方重傷 然後又可以宣稱自衛的
我絕對不會主動攻擊人,但是遭受攻擊的時候,希望能不吃虧
