前陣子問完哪家好市多有賣五指鞋
看到板友推薦MERRELL系列的鞋子也順利買到了
這幾天再練跑的時候 還是免不了爆小腿
爬文常常看到前輩們說「以大腿後肌控制抬起腳步,提高步頻」
不過一直抓不到這個感覺
想要請問一下 以大腿後肌控制 這個動作做起來的感覺
是不是很像用腳後跟去踢屁股這個動作的感覺的弱化板
