關於【自製飲料】問題 - 路跑 Road Running

現在天氣真是爆熱,通常傍晚跑完(約7點後)直到睡覺前
都會喝下約三瓶寶特瓶量的水,但是感覺還是很渴!
有時候會加半顆檸檬汁配一瓶寶特瓶水量喝,或是半包寶礦力粉沫(一次一包感覺太甜)
但是感覺還是不能止渴(喝太多水又擔心水中毒...)
有收尋到關於自製飲料,加柑橘類會比較容易消除疲勞
..試過跑完休時候,吃幾顆香吉士或是西瓜,效果感覺也差不多
不少大大說水+鹽即可,但是我試過這種方式會讓肚子怪怪的....
不知道有在調配的大大可以提供些偏方嗎?
或是需要添加點葡萄糖之類的!?
另外也呼籲大家多使用保溫杯(瓶),裡面放清涼的水在室外放個幾小時候
拿出來喝也是冰涼的!裝入果汁也不易變質,尤其是現在夏天
看到不少人攜帶寶特瓶又隨手丟,看起來很不環保,真是讓人心疼
如果跑步的後果是製造多餘的垃圾,那還真是跑心酸...
