想起我一開始用前腳掌跑的時候,小腿都會有快抽筋的感覺
一直在想姿勢是不是不對? 關於這兩個網址介紹的姿勢是可行的嗎?
現在還是用前腳掌先落地在跟上腳跟這樣跑
左大腿骨盆這邊有種快岔開的感覺..是否是訓練不足?
(我是偶爾跑一次那種)
