我每個禮拜有固定課表
禮拜一長跑 禮拜三調整 禮拜五跑間歇跑
現在我間歇跑的訓練量
1600m 速度 5min/km
400m 速度 3min/km
跑三輪 前後有暖跑跟收操跑
現在覺得這個量已經可以應付了
想要增加強度
我該加快間歇跑速度?
還是多加一輪?
還是每輪的距離增加?
拜託各位前輩指教了
