長距離的補給? - 路跑 Road Running

如果要練長距離 (如,大於25K以上)
途中是否要持續補充能量 (如,糖果,餅乾,等等~~)
因為個人練長距離 大都只有喝水(偶而喝稀釋過的運動飲料~~因為太甜了)
常常約20K出頭時 肚子就有點餓 後來感覺有點頭昏(低血糖嗎?)
(我都會在運動前兩小時吃點東西 似乎撐不久就開始餓了)

最近一次練跑到 17~20k 感覺快昏倒~~
立刻到便利商店買東西補充 但又吃太多 就提早休工了 哈哈~~

我知道長距離的比賽一定有補給
自我練習長距離 也是一定需要嗎?
如果需要 帶錢/還是自行攜帶補給?
有人可以分享經驗嗎? 謝謝~~
