好奇的想問一下
目前板上的大大
若自主訓練以三千公尺為目標
大約都跑幾分呢
小弟禮拜一與二分別測了一次
跑200m操場最內側十五圈
第一天配速是快---------死撐約14分整
(愛面子跑)
第二天配速是慢---------快約14分三十秒左右
(輕鬆跑)
所以以最近總統的標準就很抖或是爆掉
雖然是替代役~但很怕這個魔鬼訓練會逼向12分鐘><
