為了健康而規律跑了三年
每週約跑兩次,每次5-10K不等
這三年以吃喝玩樂為目的,跟朋友一起團報了六次半馬,成績約落於0210-0225間
今年傻傻地跟朋友團報了萬金石全馬,想說應該抽不到(請各位大大們鞭小力點,我知道
這種心態不正確)
結果抽到了……一樣固定每週跑兩次、量沒增加、但每次練習時儘量加快速度
當天保持平常心態,想說跑多少算多少,該吃就吃該喝就喝,竟然平安完賽,成績0430
也因此今天才來此版尋求各位大大的協助,因為我想要留個美好回憶與紀念
想在今年冬天半馬破2
我知道這除了恆心毅力,還需要跑馬概念和路跑觀念的建立,
爬了一些文、看了一些書,眾說紛紜,不知哪個套餐訓練比較適合自己
因為以前的我只是單純為健康而跑……
不知版上各位大大有甚麼好建議,該從哪方面優先著手?
