配速 - 路跑 Road Running

最近重拾起跑步的習慣...
為了拯救我失控的體型 QAQ
我都跑興雅國中博愛國小外圍 GOOGLE-MAP測試為1.2km
PB為 22分01秒
四圈分別為 5分01秒, 5分03秒, 5分45秒 6分12秒
------------------------------------------------------
想問的是,
之前去參加過一次5Km場地賽時, 有個老師跟我說,
每圈跑的時間要差不多, 這樣我可以跑得更快!
但是...
我最近怎麼跑 都沒辦法阿= ="
第一圈如果刻意放慢, 後面速度帶不起來...
反而是第一圈用力衝, 之後用力ㄍㄧㄣ , 跑的比較快...
請問有什麼訣竅嗎?
