LSD中間 大家有沒有做一些休息拉伸? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟在為初馬練習中
假日的LSD漸漸拉到21-25K
想請問各位大大在慢慢練習自己耐力時
照理說總會跑到一個量是腳很痠的情況了
請問大家是怎麼繼續的呢?
是因為很痠了 就到此為止? 但其實還沒跑到自己設定的課表量
還是會停下來休息走一下 拉伸 ?? 然後再跑?
還是咬緊牙就是拼命跑下去??
目前對這部份的練習方式有點困惑
想請問大家有沒有很好的經驗分享?
