該衝全馬or穩穩的報半馬? - 路跑 Road Running

個人目前的練習狀況,一週五天
一~二天是慢慢跑9~11K(平均1km 5:30~5:40的速度)
二~三天是速度快些跑4~7k(平均1km 5:00~5:15的速度)
另外有一天是跑1km左右的間歇跑
(全力衝100~200m不等,調回呼吸再衝,總total跑個1km)
如果還有六週能練習的,能衝個全馬嗎?
還是穩穩的報個半馬就好?
(雖說穩穩報半馬,但個人跑半馬到17km後腳會變好酸
到最後1~2km幾乎變步兵了 @@,跑一次半馬要2小時15分 >"<)
看起來是肌耐力太弱了,以目前體能強度全馬是否太衝
還是這6週內練習課表再改一下有機會挑戰全馬?
