嗯 ..... 希望沒有 OP~~
1. 緩和很重要 , 這沒話講 ~~
我現在注重緩和更甚於熱身 ~~ (當然二者都很重要啦!)
2. 上次上完 Step 後 , 老師說 ,
他回到家洗完澡 , 會把腳抬高 30 分鐘 ~~ (可能是躺著腳墊高吧?)
因為上的課太多腳步動作了 ~~
嗯 .... 就這樣 ~
