不是指晨跑那種空腹
假設中午12點吃正餐
之後間隔6小時都沒進食 僅喝水
然後再去慢跑 這樣會因為身體沒補充食物
而讓身體受到傷害嗎?
大概就是 中午吃完飯後
下班時間再去跑步這樣
