週期化科學訓練 幾個問題請教 - 路跑 Road Running

請教一下版上大大 ,好奇菜鳥有3個問題想問問
(1)一般路跑課表若採用週期化訓練似乎前後進度都有所謂四個部分,
就是基礎期、強化期、顛峰期、減量期,如果跑完還想繼續,就再經過一個恢復期再開始
重複訓練
我的問題是,那這樣週期化訓練應該都是會讓訓練的腿肌肉會越來越疲勞,所以經過減量
期再參加比賽,腿就可以得到恢復有較好效果沒錯吧?
可是為甚麼好像只聽到漢森訓練法才強調它是累加疲勞,難道其它不是嗎?
再者漢森課表網路上有些人或象總在"跑步不要聽"有說它是鐵血課表,意思是很硬,難道
其他市面上課表就比較不硬嗎?
我是知道漢森強調一周最好六天練習,而坊間有些課表可能就一周四練或五練
然後周末訓練比較大量或長距離,但難道這就不是疲勞累積嗎? 難道跑量就輸漢森很多
嗎?一般跑團開的課表跑量就不多嗎?
(2) 一般正統好的課表中,輕鬆跑都會佔大量,很重要,也能恢復腿疲累,但常見很多跑
友輕鬆跑太快了不好,腿沒有得到恢復,可是要是我跑輕鬆跑配速很慢很慢可以嗎?
舉例:漢森全馬目標330建議輕鬆快跑(長跑)配速5:24; 輕鬆慢跑配速(5:36~6:00);
恢復跑(這是不是暖身和收操或跑間歇中段緩跑的配速??)6:24 ,
如果上列我跑到 7分速 ,是不是就是垃圾跑量 (長跑我是不敢這麼做,但漢森說長跑也
是輕鬆跑比較快的一種,所以才問一下)
(3) 夏季快到了,訓練難度提升不少,想請問有操作過 週期化訓練像漢森這種在夏季會
不會要稍為調減一下課表強度,比方是 目標配速降速一些??
還是速度不變間歇趟數少一些,還是訓練里程數
少一些?應該不是都不練質量課表吧?但夏季熱沒把握練完全部,不知哪一種比較好?
