如何降低心跳數 - 路跑 Road Running

背景說明:
173cm, 70kg, 33y, 體脂20%
靜止心跳:70~80
心臟有二尖瓣膜脫垂(醫生說輕微)
然後天生有貧血(也是輕微)
5~6年前有跑過多場半馬和一場全馬
但當時穿戴式科技較不發達
比較沒有關注自己的心跳數
去年11月開始練健力
原本聽教練的完全不碰有氧
結果肌力雖然大增,但爬山或走樓梯喘得要死
今年3月開始慢跑
平均一周跑1~2次(3km, 7分速)
重訓也是一周1~2次(不同天)
剛開始跑的時候,心跳都160~180在跳
原本以為只是太久沒跑導致
連續跑了2個月,發現平均心跳還是沒有降低
想請問各位版友大大
1. 我該如何做,才能降低我的平均心跳呢?
(增加每周頻率? 增加每次距離? 增加VO2max?)
2. 我目前這樣跑算有氧嗎? 還是我都是在無氧區間?
目標只是希望提高我的心肺能力
讓我日常生活心臟的負擔可以小一點
偶爾爬山、單車、跑步能夠輕鬆一些
