我3週前是135KG現在已經到125KG左右了這樣是不是異常啊!我每天都會去做健走基本45分鐘起跳三餐的話就是早餐吃多一些午餐拉到約23點的時候吃晚餐盡量攝取少一點午晚餐的青菜量也會加多肉類減少我本身並沒有喝珍奶的習慣油炸類的偶爾吃(大約1至2週吃一次到兩次但會有間隔天數)我本身雖然胖但都有��
