身體自然後仰是哪裡的肌力不夠? - 路跑 Road Running

請教一下版上先進:
走路時會自然往後仰,是哪個部位肌力不夠的現象呢?
另,看到很多人跑步,上半身都會往前傾,這樣的姿勢是ok 的嗎?
有些誇張到頭都超過膝蓋,大腿也沒怎麼抬的樣子,
感覺像火車一樣,用上半身拖著在跑,
這又是哪裡的問題呢?
還有,太久沒跑,肌力萎縮到一跑就感覺膝關節跟韌帶摩擦得很厲害,
該如何重建呢? 以什麼樣的方式重新開始跑會比較好呢?
是先肌耐慢跑?
還是先作爆發衝刺呢?
