賽前一直很擔心自己的舊腳傷,前一個月還因為左腳膝關節後方的貝式囊腫
一直復發,到長庚照核磁共振,醫生初判還可能需要開刀.心中非常無奈,
只能減低訓練跑量,每天靠著做核心運動來增加自己的肌力,希望能彌補跑量的不足.
高雄馬當天天氣非常晴朗(熱,小弟賽前其實本想穩穩的跑完這次的全馬
(怕之前舊傷會有所影響),但一起跑狀況還不錯,前18K一直跟著跑馬女神許玉芳
前輩一起跑(3:50-3:55感謝)!後來還遇到認識的EMT教官擔任機動救護員
幫小弟拍照(大心感謝)!
過18K時P大跟上來並提醒天氣會變熱小心爆掉(感謝P大提醒),之後就和P大穩穩的
配速(4:00-4:15)過蚵仔寮約剩10K,小弟的新戰鞋,因沒穿襪子結果腳摩擦起水泡
(雙腳姆趾+後腳跟)結果一直掉速(4:20-4:30)。
剩最後5K大腿慢慢有抽筋感所以只能穩穩的配跑不敢加速,最後跑進世運場內才火力
全開,以2:53:19完成本次比賽,大破個人去年高雄馬成績2:58:48的求婚馬!
最後本文是要謝謝 PPSJ P大 !沒有你的提醒與鼓勵配速與陪伴,,我可能無法跑出
這樣破自己PB的成績.
每一次的馬拉松比賽就是驗證平時訓練的成果,檢視自己身體的狀況,並且從中吸取
經驗並調整。願各位跑友們都能突破自我,創造自己的價值~
