不是一直加強度練間歇就可以突飛猛進
有其他更多的層面要顧到
更何況你年底的目標是半馬破百
半馬是21K 不是1K
一直練無氧沒有有氧後半段耐力真的夠嗎?
半馬要破百的均速大概要4:40
4:40的配速你能夠撐多久? 3K? 5K?
連10K都沒有你還是洗洗睡吧
去醫院跟小護士要電話比較輕鬆啦
