跑鞋品牌的迷思 - 路跑 Road Running

人生中第一次認真選的跑鞋Asics的GEL Cumulus 13
還挺滿意的,很軟,平常沒跑步時也是拿來穿,當走路鞋也很不錯
但最近指頭附近破掉了,所以不得不換 @@
後來挑了Adidas climacool今年最新款的ride
(會挑這款主要是因為透氣,很適合平日穿當走路鞋,當然外型也加不少分)
其實小弟對跑鞋沒什麼研究
只是去大家推薦的店家,然後請店員幫忙介紹、試穿
感覺對了就買
小弟算很業餘的跑者
因為工作關係,工作日只能去玩跑步機
但覺得跑步機跑起來很沒fu,時速調到12還是覺得不太會累,再調快卻又覺得有點危險
所以就改成假日選一天跑
當兵前有特地自我訓練,一週跑3~4次,從4K累得半死到輕鬆完跑10K(約50分鐘)

現在已經退步不少,變成一週只跑一次6K QQ
當兵前跑的時候是穿很一般的鞋子,完全沒講究
現在特地買跑鞋,變成希望平常日也可以穿得很舒服,又可以兼顧跑步需求
因為跑的次數和距離都不多,所以不會挑最頂級的鞋
請問大家挑跑鞋,都是如何選擇的呢?各品牌、各型號有什麼差別嗎?
Asics, Mizuno, Adidas, Nike...
從實用性來講,我真的不太知道他們的差別在哪裡? @@
