現在講防疫的事情也許已經有點防不勝防了
剛好自己確診剛康復
就來分享一下自己的心得 提供大家討論!
年齡:20初
跑齡:4~5年
疫苗:一劑(對QQ 這可能是我症狀比較多的原因 本來準備在比賽完要就打第二劑,結果
...)
染疫期間的症狀:發燒、頭痛、咳嗽、流鼻水、喉嚨痛、整片舌頭痛、嘴唇爆痛、胸悶胸
痛、呼吸不順(最嚴重的兩天時)、肌肉痠痛灼燒感、沒有食慾
休息天數:關在房間10天後完全康復
重回訓練後的心得:
其實我本來很擔心胸悶胸痛的症狀,會讓自己的有氧能力下降的,沒想到回歸訓練後,除
了頭1、2天有點喘外,整體的有氧能力幾乎沒有下降。
基本上影響最大的是休息10天後的肌力退化,速度感跟跑姿都要重新再適應,但心肺能力
自己覺得是沒有影響~
我昨天還跑去陽明山上縱走了23公里!

今天慢跑五分速8km也很舒適,基本上已經大致調整回染疫前的狀況了。
身為一個日常風雨無阻練跑的人,覺得間歇訓練還比較痛苦XD
平常就常常跑200、400、600、800、1000、2000間歇,經過抖M的磨練後,身體的耐受性
也變得比較好!
長久累積下來的有氧基礎,也不至於讓你像普通民眾那樣康復後走兩步路就喘吁吁~而且
我覺得,很多人覺得康復後心肺變差,應該只是隔離期間躺太久的關係XD
最後 個人的結論就是
保持良好的運動習慣 就是最好的防疫
就算不幸中獎了,身體也比較能夠抵抗痛苦,回覆也會比較快!
甚至在隔離期間可以讓自己的身體好好休息一陣子,讓平常未曾注意到的疲勞傷害都獲得
復原~
