跑步邁向第20天
每天跑30~40分鐘
大約5公里
平均心率大概130下/分
但奇怪的是
體重竟然從68.5增加到70公斤
每天都是在同一時間量的
而這段時間飲食習慣也沒有改變
唯一原因就是跑步反而讓我變胖了!
這跟原來想減肥的初衷反而背道而馳阿
請教一下前輩 剛開始跑步體重增加是正常的嗎
還是有什麼地方是小弟沒注意到的呢?
