我今年42,小朋友出生後到現在六歲。
上班朝九晚六,回去又要陪寫功課陪玩陪睡,這期間真的是完全沒運動。
三個月前因為中耳積水不舒服,不知道為什麼就想去跑一跑
接著就每個星期抽空跑個幾次,月跑量就四十、五十公里。
有感受到心肺功能變好了,爬個樓梯也沒那麼喘,神奇的是中耳積水也沒了 ~
我不胖所以減肥不是目的,但看一篇文章說像醫師、律師、工程師
需要大量用腦,可以藉跑步,訓練專注度,增進思考能力,應付壓力
我是還沒感受到啦,工作還是覺得很無力,
不知道各位是不是真的有感受到跑步對工作或課業
帶來的好處,讓我更有動力持續下去。
