先說問題
⒈以昨天的配速來看
臺北馬前半馬是否能上 SUB 330 列車
後半馬努力看看能否挑戰高標 335
⒉剩下的日子是否能只練目標配速跑一休一到二
一週一 long run 不輕鬆跑呢

各位前輩好
小妹跑齡一年四個多月
累積了一年即將挑戰第二馬
因不喜歡以賽代訓失了新鮮感
以至於對全馬的配速細節頭痛
最近幾個月跑量勉強摸到200K邊邊
(11月太冷起不來目前只有153K涼涼)
平常完全不間歇(不喜歡心臟跳出來的感覺OQ)
本以為今年不可能有賽事平常都喝水停表快樂跑但里程常一不留神就超半馬
10月11月自主嚕了個太魯閣下坡半馬和日月潭環潭後
好像插了紅色角角從五分尾直接進入四分速領域
11/18 自測半馬是上個PB 配速5:03
沒跟過官兔不確定官兔的配速策略
想請問前輩們以目前的狀況
前半馬上臺北馬 330 列車一開始會不會配太快以至於後半馬爆掉呢
因為時間有限沒辦法一週五練
剩下的時間想鞏固速耐力不受傷為目標
但又怕跑太少練不到後半程配速
請問前輩們有更佳解嗎
