跑步背會痛? - 路跑 Road Running

很久沒運動了,
最近開始慢跑,跑步距離為800公尺,持續了10天,
但是每次跑到400~500公尺時,上背部+肩膀都好痠痛,
都是勉強跑完800公尺的。
跑完後走幾步路就不痛了(但是會稍微頭暈),
但很快就恢復正常。
害我都沒有運動到的感覺(因為腳不酸,也不會很喘,只有背痛),
想增加跑步距離卻敗在背痛這一點,
是因為跑步姿勢不正確嗎?
