跑步機與路跑的差別 - 路跑 Road Running

平常我會在週間去參加Nike的夜跑 週末則是自己去跑跑步機
搭配著nike+的晶片來計算里程數
不過有一點我百思不得其解
通常路跑的話我大概速度是7'10/km左右
可是到了跑步機再怎麼努力也要8分鐘(8'10/km)以上
這是因為在路上跑本來速度就比較快
還是因為有一群人一起跑比較帶勁呢???
(說真的 路跑比較有趣...只是跑步機對我比較方便就是了...)
另外 想請問大家 到底要怎麼改善速度啊
每次跑5K都要35-40分鐘,我好想跑進30分鐘喔...
看到版上有人提到間歇訓練
但我看來看去還是不知道速度應該怎麼調 間隔應該要多久...
還請大家可以指點一下 謝謝!!
