請問跑步時 上半身的姿勢 應該直挺(肚子)還是該前傾
原po有時候跑累了 腹部用力 挺肚子跑
反而有種腳步輕鬆 步頻提升的感覺
但沒辦法持續太久
想請問哪種才是比較適合的姿勢
