跑步時小腿前側腫大 - 路跑 Road Running

如題
雖然之前也跑過半馬好幾次,但是跑步這種東西一放下就是重新開始
因為想參加明年的萬金馬,開始週末跑個6到7K重新訓練
可是只要開始大約一公里之後,小腿前側肌肉就會開始腫
腳踝也會非常酸,大約到三公里就要停下來拉拉筋緩和一下
只要走走路休息一下就沒事,跑完小腿也沒什麽感覺
就是跑步當時腫的跟麵龜一樣(才3公里這樣要怎麼跑全馬啦)
爬過之前的文章,說是姿勢及前腳掌落地影響比較大
但是因為是剛開始的訓練,其實也沒有什麼前腳掌落地,
就是一般慢慢跑緩和跑,以前跑半馬也沒有類似情形
頂多是大腿靠近膝蓋部分抽筋(肌力不夠~靠深蹲練)
但是小腿部分好像沒有類似建議?
請教版上強者建議
