跑步時,食物也在腦子裡跟著跑.. - 路跑 Road Running

之前就養成每天跑步的習慣
只要沒事我每天都跑10公里左右(中正紀念堂外圈五圈)
習慣之後身體也不會特別累
問題來了....
這一兩天我照常跑
可是在第三趟的時候就覺得眼睛有點花肚子非常餓..
顯然是血糖過低的樣子..
前天終止在第三趟然後回去吃東西
昨天撐了下去 跑到4.5趟的時候就好多了
但是我食量如往常沒比較少啊?
(一個便當+/-餅乾之類的小點心配烏龍茶 吃完後2~3小時才跑)
請問為了預防這種腦袋有食物跑馬燈的狀況
一般跑步前可以吃些甚麼?
