跑步成績到底要怎麼進步 - 路跑 Road Running

參加幾次路跑了
發現不管跑山路平地夏天冬天 我的成績幾乎是一模模一樣樣
就連今天國道馬 別人說是最有機會破PB的比賽
結果跑起來成績還是一樣 大概都在2:30-2:40區間遊走
除了太魯閣那場因為假拍照真休息的關係 拖到3hr之外
不然算算 大部份沒偷懶的跑 成績最好也是2:30..
雖然說成績也不是很重要
但起碼也是希望能進步一下吧 不然每次都這個成績
害我都不敢報全馬
你們想想 半馬狀況好都要2:30 那全馬又不等於兩個半馬.
萬一中途有個什麼抽筋或拉傷之類的
那豈不是要坐回收車了嗎..打擊肯定很大
因此我想問問板上高手 大家成績到底怎麼練起來的
我目前一個月練習量差不多100km
主要是因為跑速也不快 大多維持均速8km/1hr在跑
所以通常練1hr就覺得差不多了 頂多是假日 會想辦法練到1:30~2:00
不過中途也是有些混水摸魚就是了 XD
然後又發現 夏天超難跑的
今天跑國道跟1個月前跑櫻花 成績一樣令我有點不知該說什麼才好...
