小弟的跑齡還不到一年,除了跑步本身的實力小有進步外,
(我本來是那種跑完1600隔天腿就會開始酸,後天開始痛的飼料雞...),
另外一個好處就是比較不容易生病,雖然有時候季節變換的時候還是會稍有不適,
不過總是在快要感冒的時候又自己好了,我想運動健身,本來就可以增強抵抗力,
所以這並不會讓我感到意外,讓我沒有料想到的是,
同時喜愛唱歌的我唱功也有所進步,我的一個跑步同好也這麼認為,
我猜這跟跑步需要用到一點腹肌的力量,還有就是跑久了肺活量變大有關係,
不知道各位跑友在增強跑步實力的同時,
有沒有獲得一些之前想都沒想過的好處呢? 來分享一下吧~
