夏天的練習量 - 路跑 Road Running

冬天時一次大概都可以跑個12-15k,但最近夏天跑到10k我就想回家躺著喝涼水,
腳也不痠,不過天氣熱似乎很容易讓心跳亂掉,跑沒幾k就想停下來調整心跳,
不知道大家像這種熱天練習量有比較少嗎?還是越熱越起勁??
